The Annual General Meeting for 2021 will take place on Sunday 10 October 2021 in No.14 The Square, Rhynie.

The meeting will commence at 13:00hrs for refreshments preceeding the AGM at 14:30hrs.

The agenda will include a Special Resolution to expand the area covered by the Trust. Details of this Special Resolution can be downloaded from this website here .
